Kevin Clark has always been someone who listens before he speaks. He takes time to understand what a person is experiencing, considers every side of the situation and helps bring clarity when decisions feel complicated.
That approach is especially valuable in real estate. Kevin calmly explains the numbers, options and possible outcomes while negotiating firmly to protect his clients’ interests. When moving forward is not the right decision, he is willing to say so—even when that means advising someone not to buy or sell.
Before entering real estate, Kevin spent 15 years teaching high school mathematics. That experience shaped his ability to simplify complicated information, remain patient under pressure and help people make confident, informed decisions. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from Edgewood College in Madison.
Kevin and his wife, Renee, founded MAKING DREAMS Realty in 2015 with a shared commitment to trusted relationships, financial well-being and helping people achieve their dreams. In 2025, their locally owned brokerage became Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Dream Partners.
Today, Kevin serves as Broker and Owner of BHGRE Dream Partners. Under his broker leadership, the company has guided clients through more than 1,000 successful real estate sales and purchases. Kevin specializes in residential listings, luxury homes, buyer representation and investment properties throughout Janesville and Southern Wisconsin, including Rock, Dane, Jefferson, Green and Walworth counties.
Kevin has been recognized by America’s Top 100 Real Estate Agents every year since 2019. Under Kevin and Renee’s leadership, BHGRE Dream Partners also received the 2026 Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin Torch Award for Ethics.
Away from real estate, Kevin is a devoted husband and father who values time with Renee, their four adult children and their significant others. His faith guides how he approaches his family, his work and the people around him. Humble by nature, Kevin does not seek attention. He would rather listen, solve the problem in front of him and be there when someone needs him.
